For Bachelor's Students
Please upload clear scans of the required documents listed below in PDF format:
- Higher Education Entrance Qualification (Abitur / Fachabitur): School leaving certificate and transcript including your final grade. (For vocational applicants: submit both your school leaving certificate and vocational training certificate).
- Language Proficiency: Official proof of English (B2 level) and German (B1 level).
- Passport: Clear, legible scan valid for at least 1 year.
- APS Certificate: Mandatory for applicants from China, India, and Vietnam.
Note: Certified translations are required for any documents not originally issued in English or German.
For Master's Students
Please upload clear scans of the required documents listed below in PDF format:
- Bachelor’s Degree Certificate: Official degree certificate or graduation diploma.
- Academic Transcripts: Complete transcript of records including your overall GPA and total credits earned.
- Higher Education Entrance Qualification: High School Diploma / secondary school leaving certificate.
- English Language Proficiency: Valid B2 English test score or a Medium of Instruction (MOI) certificate.
- Passport: Clear, legible scan valid for at least 1 year.
- APS Certificate: Mandatory for applicants from China, India, and Vietnam.
- Optional Documents: Proof of relevant work experience, internships, or award certificates (welcome but not mandatory).
