About Jens
Jens is Managing Director of the DBU and brings extensive experience in leadership, transformation, and strategic management consulting. At Kienbaum Consultants International, he led the Leadership & Transformation business unit and was responsible for central topics such as executive education, transformation management and business acceleration. Previously, he worked at Oliver Wyman in the Leadership & Organisation practice as a management consultant on international change projects — including post-merger integrations, strategic transformations, and due diligence for corporate acquisitions. Jens studied Economics at the University of Hohenheim and completed an MSc in Culture & Society at the London School of Economics. As the author of numerous publications, he has worked on modern leadership, change management and self-reflection in leadership, developing practice-oriented concepts and methods.
